NIAGARA GOSPEL OUTREACH - I shared with a senior woman on an elevator with Mark and EZ from Living Waters as they were about to catch their plane after the Ambassadors’ Academy Canada. I shared briefly with this woman asking her faith background and telling her about the law and gospel and she said she was Catholic and said she paid for her sins and Jesus together. I told her in the brief time I had that we aren’t good and only Jesus is perfect and can pay our fine in full. EZ said, “have a good day ma’am” as we exited. I also spoke with a few young ladies who said they respected Jesus and went to a Christian school. I asked them if they thought they were good people. They said yes. I said, “only God is good, so who’s lying?” They agreed that was true. I said we have broken God’s moral laws by lying and stealing and breaking His commandments. Jesus atoned for our sins in full so we can go to heaven and have our sins forgiven based on His righteousness not our own. They took some gospel tracts and thanked us. An Indian lady handing out menus in the dark at a restaurant door spoke to me about the gospel million bill I gave her and I shared the law and gospel with her. I asked if she had ever heard this message and she had not, but she thanked me for sharing and she read the back. Coming back to our hotel, we were about to go up to our room in the elevator and 4 partially drunk young adults (likely about to fornicate with their girlfriends who were with them) stuck their boot in the door and came in the elevator. I handed two of them gospel millions. They said “wow thanks we can spend this at the casino tomorrow!” I said it talks about how we’ve broken God’s moral laws and how Jesus paid our fine so we wouldn’t have to go to hell. It’s funny, many of my interactions were so brief but I pray and know that God will use His Word to do His will no matter the length of time I have, I’m only a messenger, He is the Lord. #christian #gospel #evangelism
Serving alongside Living Waters Canada today and mutually encouraging each other in gospel proclamation. There is something special when the body of Christ comes together on mission from around the world, it reminds me of when Jesus will return and will gather people from all nations to Himself. GOSPEL OUTREACH - I was busy upstairs when a Rogers TV sales agent came to our house during the day, then he came back before dinner and then he came back just now. I thought it was my in-laws at the door, so I answered. It was the Rogers TV sales agent. 🙂 When the Lord wants you to do something, He doesn’t let up. I asked Tyson his faith background and he said he was spiritual and was Native. He believed in God because of creation but didn’t know much more. I took him through the good person test and he admitted he had lied and blasphemed God’s name. I told him we all are guilty and headed for hell because of our sins against a holy God for breaking His moral laws. I told Him Jesus paid our fine in full. He said I should be a teacher as he learned a lot from what I said. I said it’s only by God’s grace that I knew anything. Tyson said he had an Aunt who was Christian and I said there’s no doubt she was praying for you to talk to someone about the gospel, what I shared with you today. A motorbike sped by our quiet street. I said, “you don’t want to be hit by that guy and not know where you’re going to go after you die. Check out the money paper (gospel tract) I gave you and turn from your sins and trust Christ. He will save your life.” He thanked me and went his way.
