Refund and Returns Policy

All items purchased from our store are final sale and non-refundable.

We only accept product replacements if the item arrives damaged or the item you received is incorrect. To be eligible for a replacement due to damage, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.
    If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.
  • Report the issue within 5 days of receiving your order.
    Include clear photos of the damage and your order number when contacting our support team at orders@testifycafe.com.
  • Return of item is not required.
    Do not send items back. Approved replacements will be resent without the need to return the item.

If your photo is approved and your request is due to damage, we will offer a replacement item.
